Jamie Kyle, Board Member

A native of Cleveland Tn, Jamie is a graduate of Bradley Central HS and is proud to call Cleveland home. Jamie is currently employed as a Community Banker at Simmons Bank in Cleveland Tn. His volunteer activities include Board Member of the Grayson Foundation, President of the Ooltewah/Collegedale Chamber Council, President of the Cleveland Aqua Tigers Swim Board, VP of Programs for the Cleveland Rotary Club, Board Member of JA, Founder of the Business Owners Networking Group, Co-Founder of the Aquatic Center Task Force and Founder/Producer of Finish Line Radio in Cleveland Tn. Jamie has a beautiful wife Kelli and they have 3 wonderful sons Elijah, Ezekiel and Ephram. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, coaching baseball and of course watching NASCAR!

Donald Leon Shahan Jr., Board Member

District 10 Public Defender

Hometown is Cleveland, TN. Alma matter(s) Lee University (B.A. Psychology-1999) Nashville School of Law (J.D.-2011). Upon Graduating Lee University, he worked in Law Enforcement at the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office achieving the Rank of Detective. After graduating law school, Mr. Shahan moved his career from Public Safety into the Private Practice of Law, handling mainly bankruptcy work as well as general civil and criminal practice at the State level. In June2012 Mr. Shahan accepted a position with the 10th Judicial District Public Defender’s Office as an Assistant Public Defender. Mr. Shahan continued in that position trying multiple jury trials and working in all courts of the District and the Appellate Level until August 2022 when Mr. Shahan was elected to be the District Public Defender for the Office that he had served for the last decade. The 10thJudicial District is a four-county district serving approximately 238,000 people. The Public Defender’s Office for the 10th District has its main office in Cleveland, TN and a Satellite Office in Madisonville, TN. In those offices, 12 attorneys and support staff serve multiple courts and handle a variety of cases from Juvenile Court matters to Capital Murder Cases. Mr. Shahan currently serves on the Boards for the 10thJudicial District Community Corrections Program, the Bradley County Misdemeanor Probation Program, the 10thDistrict Human Trafficking and Opioid Addiction Task Force, the 10th Judicial District Veterans Court. Mr. Shahan is active in his community serving on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Cleveland, is a member of the Charleston Lodge#484, Free and Accepted Masons, is active in his Church, St. Luke’s Episcopal Church and is an avid golfer and Martial Artist. Mr. Shahan is married to his wife Stacia and is the proud father of his daughter Addison, who is quite the golfer herself.
